Quality Home Air Filters Delivered to your Door...Automatically!Never Forget to Change Your Furnace Filters Again
The Furnace
Filters Made Easy program was created to take away the
hassles of maintaining your home air filters. Forgetting
to
change your filters regularly is a thing of the past!
Here's how easy it is:
This convenient, money-saving program is broken down into four easy steps: 1. Choose the MERV
quality of your home air filter
All you
need to do is install your
home air filter as soon as it arrives The quality of your furnace filter is dictated by the MERV rating. The higher the MERV number, the better quality of filtration your filter provides. A higher MERV captures the smaller particles and pollutants from your air that cause sneezing, coughing and discomfort to your family. Because high filter performance is critical to your system's efficiency, we only sell furnace filters rated at 8 MERV, 11 MERV and 13 MERV. If maintaining a healthy home for your family is a top priority, we suggest that you choose the 11 MERV and above. 2. Select your home air filters delivery schedule How often you change your furnace filters is determined by the conditions in and around your home. For most homes, changing the filter every 90 days is adequate to maintain high efficiency performance. Homes with many residents, smokers or pets may require a 60 day schedule. If you live in an area with high pollen or mold in the air a 30 day change may be necessary. It is all up to your personal preference. One rule to consider is this: “It is better to change a home air filter sooner than later.” An old filter loaded with dust, dirt, grime, and germs becomes more costly to your wallet, your health and increases energy consumption every time your system turns on. Your furnace filters will be shipped on the schedule you choose. If you wish to change your schedule at any time, all you need to do is contact our Customer Care Team to make the change. 3. Enter the size for each of the home air filters you need The size of your furnace filters will vary on the brand of your system and the design of your system's duct work. To find out the size you need, simply look at the edge of the filter which is currently installed. It will have a number such as “16x25x1” or “20x20x4” – these tell you the height, width and thickness of the filter. It is important that your home air filter fits snuggly into the appropriate slot without any gaps. 4. Select the number of home air filters you need Most homes have a single comfort system to maintain. Some larger homes with multiple stories require two or more system units. We recommend replacing all of your home air filters at the same time to insure that all your equipment are running at peak efficiency. This ensure that your comfort system is properly maintained and running at peak efficiency. This simple task only takes a few minutes but will save you lots of money and keep the air you family breaths clean and healthy.
